Dear parents and guardians, we bring you interesting stories to share with our young learners at home. Our learners enjoyed reading this story at the EDU-P (Educators and Parents) Reading Club on Saturday. We are grateful to African Storybooks and the author Nozizwe Herero for providing this storybook for free.


Amazing Daisy talks about a chicken named Daisy who refuses to give up on his dreams to fly someday. Despite the setbacks and mockery, he kept practicing. To learn more about this story, quickly watch the video then answer the following questions below. 


ASSIGNMENT

Our homework is very simple this week. First, watch and read this story to/with your parents,  then answer these two questions.

1. Mention the names of all the characters(people or animals) in the story you read for your age group.

2.  Did you enjoy reading the story? What did you learn?
